5 months agoQuiet, peaceful place right on beautiful Lake Sinclair. House was very comfortable, perfect for lounging or watching movies. 2 large TVs in different rooms, so everyone got to watch the football they wanted. Fully stocked kitchen great for making meals. Large washer and dryer if needed. 3 minutes from a large grocery store and less than 15 minutes from downtown Milledgeville. A perfect place for 2 to get away, but plenty of space for more. I would definitely return here.

7 months agoGreat stay, has everything i needed and more. House is nice and spacious and the kitchen is beautiful. Outside is even better with lots of land and the dock. Having the golf cart to move around on the property made it even better.

8 months agoIt was a pleasant stay. My military son liked it even though he wishes the was a full bed in the 2 beds room. Overall, we believe Bryan went Above and Beyond and I recommend anyone to stay in their hidden gem! Thanks Bryan! Hope to stay in May!

9 months agoThere was six adults in our group and we had a fun relaxing time. Loved having a covered deck off the back of the house, but most importantly was the golf cart. The house sits off the water and on a hill. None of that was an issue with the golf cart. Thank you for providing it. It was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The towels could have been updated, the upstairs bathroom was on the small side and a better mattress and mattress pad would have helped the pullout couch. The advertising pictures are exactly what you get. A great little get away place!

10 months agoOverall, we had a good stay! The home was well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking, grilling, and cleaning, and the laundry room was a great bonus. The included golf cart made trips to the dock super convenient.The home is older, so some areas didn’t feel as clean as we’d hoped, and a few items—like some of the pillows—looked a little worn or dingy. The bedrooms also stayed pretty warm at night, even with the AC set to 68/69. The main living area stayed comfortable, which made the temperature difference a bit noticeable.That said, the house had everything we needed for a relaxing trip and we still enjoyed our stay overall!
