Renovated Duplex on former asylum

+3

Located on the historic grounds of Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, this renovated duplex offers a quiet, secure, and spotlessly clean base for history lovers and pets. The proximity to the abandoned asylum grounds is a major highlight for guests, though navigation can be tricky and the surrounding perimeter requires some focus.
Had a very nice over night stay. Tom was very responsive with my questions. The place was spotless when we arrived
Such a nice stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The home was spotless and so cozy! I will definitely visit again!
I had a wonderful stay at the Asylum House on the historic Central State Hospital grounds in Milledgeville. The space was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The setting is peaceful, and the property is well maintained with thoughtful touches that made the stay very enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
If you are looking to stay on grounds of an asylum this is your place.
Nice place to stay
Will be back!
Tom was a great host and answered any questions I had, will definitely be staying again!
Great stay
Tom was responsive and place was as advertised. We cooked a thanksgiving meal in the kitchen, which was simple but had lots of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. If you’re into the abandoned hospital, the location is as good as it gets - you can walk out the door and explore the campus
Had a great stay. Cool it was by the insane asylum. Definitely would stay again. The main bedroom was comfortable to sleep on. Everything you need to stay.
