I hate to leave a bad review. I stay in hotels at least three to four nights a week and I usually always look for comfort inn, comfort inn and suites. But this one was the worst one I've ever been to start with. The first room had no AC. The guy working came and tried. He couldn't get to work either. So he gave me another room this room had a broken latch. You couldn't lock the top latch of the door and then I went to take a shower and no water would come out of the tub. The only way you can take a shower is if the sink was running overall the hotel appears to be going downhill and not being upkept like it's supposed to be.

I'm traveling for work this is my 2 nd time staying here. I stayed here about a month ago and I refused to come back due to the none cleaning that the housekeepers do. I stayed at another property in town and they are no better. I didn't leave a review before but now I am because I'm beyond pissed. I checked in today to be informed that the elevator was broke. Sure I could have got a room on the first floor but when I stayed before every time I used the restroom it smelled like the sewer pipes were leaking. I'm here for a full week for work so you can just imagine how much stuff I had to carry up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Once again I was like ok Kool no problem. After 4 trips up and down the stairs I wanted to enjoy me a nice cold iced down drink. I carry my cooler to the ice machine to find out it is broken as well. This is a Comfort Inn Suites and I expect better, this is HORRIBLE. I have done house keeping work from hotels to a trauma one hospital and more. I see a lot but don't say much but I promise you I'm not staying quiet anymore.

Close proximity to the eateries, comfy beds , nice indoor pool . Suites have comfy sofas that my daughter enjoyed sleeping on. The water temperature is veryyyyy hot with nice force ! In room fridge gets really cold. No complaints.

I would absolutely not recommend staying at Comfort Suites in Milledgeville. The hotel is extremely run down and clearly not being maintained the way it should be. The room looked nothing like the photos online. The furniture was worn out, the fixtures looked old, and overall the place felt dirty and neglected. The worst part was seeing a live cockroach in the room, which immediately made us question how well the rooms are actually cleaned. When you see a bug crawling around, it’s hard not to wonder what else might be there that you can’t see. The entire property feels outdated and poorly maintained. It looks like the lobby may have been updated at some point, but the rooms themselves feel like they haven’t been touched in years. We didn’t address the issue with management at the time because we didn’t get back to the hotel until around 10 PM after attending a basketball championship game, and by that point we were exhausted and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. There are definitely better options in the area. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually maintains their rooms.

We had a great experience! We came for parents weekend and the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was kind and accommodating. That’s about where the good stopped. We had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness and temperature control. The exercise room had no AC, no water, and no bin for dirty towels. All the carpets needed vacuuming, and the lobby/breakfast area was humid and warm. Would not stay there again.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! Staff was amazing and beyond helpful!! Room was clean and bed comfy! Definitely recommend that if you need a place to stay to come here and you will not regret it!!!

For this price it was nice! The lobby was clean, the desk attendant was very accommodating, and the breakfast was as good as expected. I stayed as part of a school trip, all 9 rooms had a couch & living room area. You can tell they get a lot of visitors as the rooms have a little wear and tear, however they were clean and comfortable!

We were in town to visit family. The floors were very dirty and the bathroom needs to updated. Everything else was good though. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good :)

This is a very convenient and cozy spot! Here for 4 nights and the rooms and service have been great. KP and the management team have been very friendly and accommodating, which myself and my family appreciate. If you are looking for an affordable and quality hotel, Comfort Suites is a great place.
